Fall Home Decor Tour 2016

Fall Home Decor Tour 2016

As much as I hate to say goodbye to summer, I absolutely love sooo many things about the fall.  Fall home decorating is always so much fun. I love visiting local farms and playing with natural materials versus going heavy on faux decor.  Here is a little peek inside how I decorate our home.  Also keep in mind that I have a three year old, twin 20 month olds and an 80 pound bulldog so I need to keep it as kid and pet friendly as possible.

Come on in!

Our front door.  Wreaths purchased at Joann's. Pumpkins purchased at Stew Leonards.

Our side door in our car port. Wreath purchased at Home Goods. Galvanized olive bucket purchased at Target. All gourds, small pumpkins and mums purchased at a local farm (Beaumont's Farm).  Click HERE to see a full post and more details on my multi-functional bakers rack.

Our side door to the garage. (My poor Harley in the garage so we could get the pics done!) Wreath from Joanns.

I have two of these arrangements on either side of our car port (sorry didn't get a wide shot, my mini-van, yes I said mini-van, was in the way and I didn't want to move it). Thank you to my good friend Joan from Brush Hill Farm for giving me the cornstalks! Planters from Hobby Lobby

Our back patio. Lanterns from Christmas Tree Shop (they are on their last leg, I'll be on the hunt for new ones in the spring).  Faux gourds and pinecones from Michaels.

Our family room.

Tray from Christmas Tree shop, vase and rattan pumpkin from Home Goods. Solid pillows from Pottery Barn. Plaid pillows from JoAnn's. Throw blanket from Nordstrom

Lumbar pillow from Nordstrom (love the words).  The basket below is from Michael's, the throw blanket from JoAnn's. Pumpkins from Beaumont Farms.

Our dining room. Click HERE to see a full post on this painted hutch.

Hutch, vintage re-do. Table and chairs, Pottery Barn. Vintage dough bowl, tag sale find. Large C, JoAnn's. Faux pumpkins and filler for dough bowl, Michael's.

Hope you enjoyed a little glimpse at what I do during nap time! Excuse the amateur hour pics, but the pros were busy and my sunflowers were time sensitive! Happy fall everyone! Time to make some pies!
